Shipping Costs

Gas Cylinders

Gas cylinders are delivered or exchanged in accordance with BOC procedures and applicable transport regulations.

Cylinder delivery may only be available within selected service areas.
Click & Collect

Free Click & Collect is available from our Bayswater store during business hours.

You'll be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted freight partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Prestige Welding Group, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Special order or custom products

Clearance or sale items

Used welding consumables, abrasives, PPE or equipment

Products damaged through misuse or incorrect handling
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the product and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, provide a repair, replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, at our discretion, we may provide an exchange or store credit for eligible items returned in new and unused condition within 30 days.
